We are tickled pink you are interested in our little townhouse for rent on Colonial Lake. It really is perfect for anyone planning to stay in Charleston for a week or more. The rental rate varies depending on how long you are planning to stay. We have had guests use the Colonial Lake Townhouse for vacations, corporate lodging, filming movies, and even interim housing while a new house was under construction. We are flexible and can work with just about any situation.
We do allow small pets but only with prior approval and always with a security deposit. Being that we are renting the townhouse fully furnished, I am sure you can understand the need for an additional pet deposit.
